Embellishment Options

How well your logo is displayed on your workwear is vital to the overall look of the uniform and different embellishment methods are better suited to certain types of products. Take a look behind the scenes and see how your garments are branded within our in-house embellishment suite.

Workwear Branding

Personalising your clothing is a tax efficient way to advertise, promote your company and ensure that your workforce look professional at all times. We offer a number of personalisation options to best suit the different garments and accessories within our product range.

Embroidery

This is one of the most popular embellishment methods, offering a very accurate reproduction of logo in detail and colour. Garments can be embroidered in different positions, providing a durable and professional finish. Garments can be embroidered in different positions and logos applied to most fabrics and this method offers effective branding for low order quantities and top-up orders.

New logos are subject to a one off £25 set up charge and prices are dependent upon stitch count.

Heat Seal Transfers

Uses a specialist vinyl to create logos and text in the form of a transfer, which are then applied by a heat press, permanently sealing the design to the garment. Perfect for branding waterproof clothing, often used on hi-vis workwear. Basic logos can be achieved at low price per application, even for low order quantities with no minimum set up.

Screen printing

A unique printing technique which uses stencils/screens to apply coloured ink directly onto garments. The same design can be reproduced multiple times. Perfect for high volume t-shirt printing or large batches of uniforms, it produces vivid colours, even on darker fabrics. Inks are applied one colour at a time and lie in layers for a more tactile quality. Ideal for events and specific promotions with a limited life span. Multiple logos can be incorporated in one print at a low price per garment.

Set up charge of £25 per colour for all new designs.

Tax Tabbing

This is a subtle way of overcoming the personal tax aspect of staff clothing. By adding small labels ‘tax tabs’ to garments, it identifies the clothes as uniforms owned by the company, rather than a ‘fringe benefit’ to the employee. Labels must be clearly visible and non-removable and are usually positioned near a seam, pocket or waistband. Often the preferred choice for more executive clothing such as blouses and suits.

Minimum order quantity of 500 tax tabs which can be held in stock for use at a later date.
