The majority of our sales operatives have been with Heatons for over 6 years and know the industry inside and out. It’s comforting for our customers to know that they are speaking to someone who will have an excellent knowledge of the products they are ordering and are not just working from a product code.

We not only process your orders quickly and accurately but can often suggest alternative products to offer you additional savings, or when the item you’ve selected is out of stock. It’s no surprise that we are constantly sent messages of praise about the service and attitude of a team that is no doubt, the envy of our industry.

No Quibble Returns

We know that mistakes do sometimes happen. A product code can be misread, a cyan toner could be ordered instead of a yellow one or a product could just be surplus to your requirements.

Whilst this can be a head ache when dealing with certain companies, our priority is to get you the product you actually need and return the unwanted item as soon as possible. All that we ask is that the goods are kept in good condition in their original packaging and we’ll come and collect the un-wanted products from you as soon as possible, often the very next day when we are delivering your replacements.

Once Bitten, Twice Shy

At Heatons, we never allow the same incorrect item to be ordered twice. When one of our customers returns a product as unsuitable, we place that product a “no go” list specific to that customer. Our system then flags up if that product is ordered any time in the future and prevents the sale. It might sound like a simple function but for customers who are specific about the products they use, it’s a very useful and efficient tool that helps to save time and avoid any unnecessary returns.
