Getting drunk with friends and family.
What are the strangest two foods you've combined and eaten?
Soup & Popcorn. When I was trekking in Nepal the porters cooked for us every day and the starter was always soup with popcorn (I think they thought they were croutons! - it wasn't that bad, but I don't know if I'd serve it at a dinner party.)
What makes you smile?
My dog, Bosley.
Who would you most like to be stuck in a lift with?
Johnny Depp for his looks, but Sir Ranaulph Finnes for his stories.
Who was your hero as a child?
My dad, he always knew the answer to every question I asked.
If you could own a restaurant, what would you call it?
'Pig In The Middle', and it would be a cafe serving the best bacon butties.
