Sit Back, Relax, & Let Heatons Do The Work

We want to do it all for you, it's as simple as that. We assign a project manager to you to advise and work with you. Heatons offer a complete design service.

The result of successful office furniture project management is a project completed on time and on budget. If you are the person responsible for a office furniture project at your company, this information should be helpful to you.

We have over 22 years of experience and have our own dedicated furniture department, specialist time served installation team and delivery service. Not all furniture suppliers have the same internal structures. Here are just 2 options that are available, both have their own advantages depending on the site of your needs.

“Both our Managing Director and Corporate Resources Director were delighted with the furniture that Heatons provided. The service from our account manager, all the
way through to the delivery and installation team was
fantastic and everybody is very pleased with the quality. We will certainly be back to Heatons in the future.”

Project Managers - In many instances, this situation works very well for everyone, as we take all the hard work out of the project for you, organising measurements, design, samples and fitting for you. Depending on the size of the job in hand, you may not require this level of management.

Sales Representatives - In some situations, our sales representative may assume some of the office furniture project management responsibilities; such as suggesting the best products within your budgets that meets your needs. Not every furniture installation needs a full team assigned to it, sometimes the close contact with a single individual is exactly what you want.

Here's How Our Project Managers Help You:

  • act as the primary contact for all questions and decisions regarding the furniture for this particular project
  • attend planning meetings
  • evaluate any existing furniture to be reused
  • confirm field measurements of the space
  • collect data regarding the function and needs of your staff as well as discussing the projected growth of your company
  • attend construction or project meetings as needed
  • develop a furniture project schedule including delivery and installation dates that will meet your move-in date
  • prepare status reports with necessary updates
  • review CAD drawings and product specifications
  • perform final walk through with to ensure the job has been finished to the highest standards, and more importantly, your satisfaction.

Buying Power

Heatons have our own warehouses, and fitting teams. This enables us to buy in larger volume and pass these savings on to you, our customer. Stock is kept in our own controlled environments which enables us to adhere to our strict quality standards.

Our furniture installers are invaluable, some of their responsibilities overlap with those of the Project Manager, to ensure the smoothest operations and installations in our industry. Having our own experienced team of drivers, fitters and craftsmen enable us to see the project through from start to finish.

"I want to thank you personally for the outstanding attention
to detail during our recent office refurbishment. Not only did you provide the perfect solution for our project, but
completed it on time, within budget and with no disruption to our staff. It was a huge undertaking, but at all times we felt
you were the experienced extension of our own company."

It's The Little Things...

We have over 22 years of experience to share with our customers, and pride ourselves on being the 'Complete Office Solution'. We are aware that there are many choices available in the modern world but believe that it is the attention to detail that keeps us at the forefront of our industry.

When ordering filing cabinets and pedestals do you remember the files to go inside? Do you remember the wrist rests? The letter trays and desk tidy's? Even the kettle? It's our job to ask these questions and re-use the products you have where possible, and where appropriate.

What happens when it is all over? Well, we take away all the packaging to be recycled, and leave you to sit back, relax and get back to work.
